Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Returns

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not accepted for any products.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

  • For defective or incorrect items, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed.
